PURCHASING & DOWNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS

1. All transactions are processed via PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to purchase an item. All major credit cards are accepted.

2. Once an item is purchased you will be sent two emails to the address that you provided during the checkout process. The first email is your receipt generated from PayPal. This will contain the Transaction ID in the upper right hand corner, as well as a detailed description of your order. The second email is from Eleventh Key. This email will contain a username, password and a direct link to the purchased download. You can use your username and password to access your download at any time. This can be achieved by going to the shop and clicking on the LOGIN button in the upper right hand corner of the page.

If you have made a purchase and have NOT received an email from ELEVENTH KEY, Please check your spam folder.

3. After logging in, you will have access to your unique download page. You may start your download or downloads by clicking on the corresponding links. Each purchase can be downloaded three times. Clicking multiple times will reduce the amount of downloads we have provided for you. So make sure you only click the link one time. After the maximum number of downloads has been exceeded you are no longer permitted access to the files. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We collect your email address when you place an order. We do not collect or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are placed through PayPal.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name or email address. You may however, visit our site anonymously.

To process transactions- Your information, whether public or private will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
